Waste Ink Pump Replacement Procedure

1.Disconnect the waste ink pump plug.
2.Remove the fixing screws on both sides of the bracket.
3.Remove the screws securing the waste ink pump.
4.Use a new waste ink pump.
5.Distinguish between in and out ports.
6.Close the ink tube clamp.
7.Then connect the ink tube to the new waste ink pump.
8.Confirm that the ink tube sequence is correct and the connection is stable and not loose.
9.Then re-secure the pump to the bracket.
10.Tighten the screws.
11.Secure the screws on both sides of the bracket.
12.Finally, reconnect the plug. Open the ink tube clamp and tidy up the wiring and ink tube.
