Replace the White Ink Circulation Pump

Clamp the white ink tube.

Remove the mounting screws of the circulation pump.

Unplug the connector from the old circulation pump.

Clamp this end of the ink tube to prevent ink from flowing out.

Tip: You can use tape or cable ties.

Lay a cloth underneath to prevent the inside of the machine from getting dirty.

Cut the ink tube.

Pay special attention to distinguishing between the IN and OUT ports of the circulation pump.

Connect the ink tube to the IN port of the new circulation pump.

Then clamp the other ink tube.

Connect the ink tube to the OUT port of the new circulation pump.

Unplug the connector from the new circulation pump and use the machine’s original connector instead.

Finally, reattach the circulation pump to the machine.
