Details of daily equipment care:
- The machine is switched off and the ink stack is manually lowered to move the trolley to the other side.
- Remove the fixing screws.
- Use a cotton swab dipped in lubricant and apply to the desired location.
- Twist the screws on whichever side needs to be adjusted in height.
- Check for loose wires inside.
- Installation to original position.
- Remove the screws that need to be replaced for the ink stack caps.
- Remove the conduit connecting the ink stack caps.
- Replace the ink stack cap with a new one and connect the conduit, install the ink stack cap in place and secure with screws.
- Remove the wiper that needs to be replaced.
- Replace the new wiper with a new one,which needs to be fitted accurately at all three locating points and finally secured with screws.
- Manually raise the ink stack and replace the sensor.
- Remove the fixing screws.
- The entire part can be removed by unplugging all connected conduits.
- Replace the parts with new ones and connect the conduit.
- Secure the screws.
- Parts are adjusted to the proper position.
- Secure the screws. Parts are adjusted to the proper position.
- Lock the screws when the adjustment is complete.
- Connect the corresponding conduit.
