A1 Foil Stamping Machine Film Setup – Quick and Complete Installation Guide!

 Clear and concise installation steps：

• Install the release paper film first.
• Adjust the left and right position of the holder.
• Adjust the spacing to 5 mm.
• Feed the printing film through the roller and tighten the reel to press the film in place.
• Press the printing film firmly.
• Install positioning film. 
• Loosen the roller.
• Set the roller temperature to off or around 20°C. 
• Set the lamination roller speed to around 25.
• Turn on the laminating roller switch.
• Press the down button to feed the material.
• Install the gold foil roller. 
• Press the down button to apply the gold foil.
• Install the roller for collecting the waste gold film. 
• Loosen the roller. 
• Adjust the tension of the waste film rewind roller to moderate.
• Turn on the rewinding switch. 
• Fix the finished film after applying the positioning film.
• Adjust the tension of the finished film roller to moderate.
• Turn on the rewinding switch.
• After installation is complete, press the down button to check the film installation.
