Printer Core Components Maintenance and Replacement Guide

1. Preparation and Inspection

· Remove the fixing screws.
· Use a cotton swab dipped in lubricant and apply it to the desired location.
· Adjust the height by twisting the screws on the side requiring modification.
· Check for any loose wires inside.

2. Ink Stack Cap Replacement

· Remove the screws securing the ink stack caps that need replacement.
· Disconnect the conduit linked to the ink stack caps.
· Replace the old ink stack cap with a new one and reconnect the conduit.
· Install the new ink stack cap in place and secure it with screws.

3. Wiper Replacement

· Remove the wiper that requires replacement.
· Install the new wiper, ensuring it is accurately fitted at all three locating points.
· Secure the wiper firmly with screws.

4. Sensor Replacement

· Manually raise the ink stack and replace the sensor underneath.

5. Assembly Replacement

· Remove the fixing screws.
· Unplug all connected conduits to detach the entire part.
· Replace the old assembly with a new one and reconnect the conduits.
· Secure the screws to fix the new assembly in place.

6. Final Adjustments and Verification

· Adjust all parts to their proper positions.
· Lock the screws securely once adjustments are complete.
· Reconnect the corresponding conduits.
