The detailed operation steps of DTF equipment are as follows:
- First to prepare the cleaning liquid and moisturizing liquid.
- And then set the auto-cleaning time when the machine in standby state.
- Moisturizing liquid tank connect to the ink tube. Moisturizing liquid tube connect to peristaltic pump.
- One end connect to moisturizing liquid tank, and another end connect to the ink cap.
- When reach the setting time to do the moisturizing function, execute weak-cleaning all printer heads. Ink cap inject moisturizing liquid 6000ms.
- Waste ink pump will pump out moisturizing to clean the ink cap.
- Ink cap will again to inject the moisturizing liquid 6000ms.
- Printer heads and ink cap will be sealed moisturized, and the printer under the standby mode, re-clock, and when reach the setting time to execute the cleaning and moisturizing action once again.
