The BF-60U3-S1 may look similar to our standard DTF printer and uses the same powder shaker, but it stands out with its special DTF printing process. This machine produces prints that can achieve a flocking gold foil effect.

When paired with gold/silver foil and flocking paper, the designs can be heat transferred to create a luxurious textured finish.

Unlike conventional DTF printers that use water-based inks, the BF-60U3-S1 is powered by our exclusive Vibrant Ray ink, ensuring richer colors, better adhesion, and a premium visual impact.

The three Epson i1600 printheads are loaded with CMYK color ink, white ink, and gloss varnish respectively.

Printing trolley anti-collision function: effectively avoid damage caused by misoperation or accidental jamming.

Film shortage alarm: Automatically sense the remaining film material, remind replacement in time, and ensure continuous production.

Automatic powder recovery system: Automatically collect residual powder in a silent, dust-free environment to improve powder utilization.

Extended drying channel: Hot air is uniform and efficiently solidified, providing stable guarantee for subsequent transfer.
