BF-60U3-S1 High End Printing Flocking and Hot Stamping Solution
BF-60U3-S1 looks similar to our standard DTF printer and uses the same powder shaker. However, what sets this machine apart from the regular DTF printer is that it uses the Epson i 1600 E1 printheads.
Unlike the water-based ink, this machine uses the Vibrant ray ink.
The three printheads are filled with gloss varnish color ink, and white ink respectively.
The purpose of the gloss varnish is to create the foiling and flocking effects on the transferred patterns. It can also print regular DTF transfer patterns.

Film shortage alarm: Automatically sense the remaining film material, remind replacement in time, and ensure continuous production.
Automatic powder recovery system: Automatically collect residual powder in a silent, dust-free environment to improve powder utilization.
Extended drying channel: Hot air is uniform and efficiently solidified, providing stable guarantee for subsequent transfer.
Built-in smoke purifier: Environmentally friendly design, effectively filter odor and particles, and ensure safe operation.
