Cylinder Printing Mode Operations Guide

1.Raise the Z‑axis height.

2.Cylinder printing mode: Cylinder diameter: 20–140 mm, Max width: 590 mm.

3.Place the fixture and make sure it fits tightly against the Z‑axis.

4.Ensure it is parallel with the printing platform.

5.Attach auxiliary positioning stickers on both sides.

6.Align sticker center with middle of white & color heads:
Align sticker center with the middle of the white and color heads.
Make sure the left and right stickers are aligned consistently.

7.Insert the cylindrical object to be printed.

8.If the fixture is installed correctly,Align the center line of the cylinder and the center line of the stickers.
Use this screw to adjust the front and back position of the fixture.
After correct installation, the center line of the cylinder should overlap with the center line of the stickers.

9.Move the carriage above the object and adjust the Z‑axis height.
The distance is about 3 mm between the print head and the cylinder.

10.Move the carriage left and right to check if the bottom of the print head touches the object.

11.Head select in printing software 2HWC_1/8.
12.Start printing.
13.Final product display.
