BF-UV6090: Printhead Installation and Calibration

H1 baseline position – H1 serves as the baseline position and requires no independent adjustment.

Carriage-to-platform clearance – Inspect and adjust the clearance between the print carriage and the platform; the standard height is 1.5–2.0 mm.

Printhead vertical calibration – Loosen the left or right tensioning screws. Perform the overall angle calibration of the carriage baseplate based on the H1 printhead calibration pattern.
Note: After adjustment, securely tighten the tensioning screws before running a second print verification.

H2/H3/H4 vertical (or horizontal) physical calibration – Loosen the fixing screws. Using the tapered screws, perform the horizontal physical calibration for H2 and H3, referring to the calibration images.
Note: Securely tighten the screws before printing the calibration chart again.
