✨Breaking through the limitations of traditional screen printing, which relies on plate making to mass-produce thick clothing logos, this product utilizes UV digital printing directly onto TPU or PU film, transforming mass production into personalized customization.
✨Utilizing a UV curing process, by varying the amount of varnish and white ink output, the product can achieve localized raised or textured effects on the logo, creating a unique 3D effect.
✨The solution is comprehensive, mature, cost-effective, and easy to use.
✨Utilizing the BF-UV6090 flatbed UV printer with three Epson printheads and a 2400 DPI resolution, it achieves photorealistic printing results. FlexPrint RIP software loads customizable ICC curves, ensuring consistent color transitions across batches.
✨Paired with the BF-CJ7090 cutter, the product perfectly matches the printout size. Featuring a dual-blade construction, high-torque servo drive, high-power vacuum suction motor, and camera positioning, it can reliably cut flexible materials within a 1.2mm thickness.
✨Using 3D texture UV ink specially developed by INKGIANT, it has good flexibility, bending resistance, scratch resistance, high color fastness and high color reproduction.
