Printing Process: Dry printing mode – pretreat, print, then heat press. Works consistently on both light and dark fabrics.

Hardware: 4 printheads with 2 extra slots for future upgrades. 10 ink tanks (9 in use, 1 for expansion). Quick-release platen – standard 40×60 cm, optional 50×70 cm. Dual-station design lets you print on one side while loading the next garment.

Reliability: Japanese THK guide rail and Leadshine motors ensure smooth, stable movement. White ink circulation, anti-collision protection, and printhead humidification system keep production running.

Safety & Monitoring: Voice alerts, three-color status lights, laser positioning, and infrared protection for accuracy and operator safety.

Software & Setup: CALDERA RIP with automatic background removal. Fully tested before shipping – just add ink and start printing.
