1. Nozzle Test and Initial Preparation
Click the nozzle test to ensure the nozzle is in good condition and not clogged.
Click to the left to lower the Ink Stack platform.
Turn off the machine and store the power cord and network cable properly.
2. Ink System Securing and Drip Prevention
Clamp the white ink circulation tube.
Place tissues on both sides of the print head to prevent ink or cleaning solution from dripping onto the cable.
3. White Ink Residue Cleaning
Use a cotton swab to clean the remaining white ink.
4. Printhead Flushing and Cleaning
Pour out an appropriate amount of cleaning solution.
Use cleaning solution to flush the white head.
Be careful to press with your fingers while rinsing. Make sure the white ink in the print head is thoroughly flushed clean.
Rinse the four channels of the white ink printhead one by one.
5. Component Reassembly and Cleaning
Wipe the damper clean, and then reattach the print head.
Wipe the ink stack platform clean again.
6. Moisturizing and Sealing
Pour out an appropriate amount of moisturizing lotion.
Add to ink stack cap.
Manually raise the ink stack platform.
Ensure the ink stack cap and the bottom of the printhead are properly sealed.
7. Ink Tube Management
Clamping waste ink pump ink tube clamp.
And close the ink tube at the waste ink tank.
Clamp all color and white ink supply tubes.
Tighten the ink tank lid.
8. Final Equipment Protection
Finally, a dust cover can be used to cover the machine to prevent dust accumulation.
